What is considered to be polite and friendly  varies from culture to culture and  interactions with people in a different culture and language to your own can, sometimes, be misunderstood. In this session, you will learn what ‘polite and friendly’ looks and sounds like in the English language and in the Irish culture. This will allow you to offer the best possible customer service to your hotel guests and to ensure that you build rapport and good relations with your colleagues.
