Outcomes

This three-hour session will give trainees the knowledge of food service and expectation of what is required of them in their role. This programme is designed to spark passion and excitement about returning to the workforce and eliminate any anxiety. It will also give learners an insight / refresh of what to expect when they return.

Trainer

This programme has been created by Danny Desmond, Chapter One, General Manager & Sorcha Finucane of TrainedIn and is delivered by a panel of craft expert trainers.

Price

€420 for delivery onsite in your premises (max 25 staff)

€35 pp if an open programme (sharing with another hotel – min. 12 participants)
